Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

• Develop excellent communication skills by engaging with diverse customers and providing great service.
• Create positive, memorable experiences for guests by providing information, answering questions, and showcasing Croatia.

Sales Strategy & Market Insight

• Collaborate with the team to understand sales strategies and learn how to tailor approaches to different customer needs.
