QINGDAO LAURIE CO. is a newly established international trading company, mainly do artificial flowers and holiday decorations. Our team mostly are young blood and English barrier-free communication. We keep learning and innovating in the past decade on product design, sales channel, office environment. We visit fair/exhibition and make a short tour yearly (in China).

Position: International Trade Assistant (2 persons)

Recruitment: German, France, Italy, Denmark, Finland, North Europe or European can speak good English

Benefits: Allowance 2000RMB/month + Free accommodation + Free Lunch/Drinks in office

Working Hours: 8 hours X 5days

Requirements: be able to do 5-6 months internship; study Chinese at XMandarin

Internship Tasks:

To maintain old customers, develop European/US market.

1) Communicate with clients by email(mostly), phone, social media.. maintain stable clients and finding new, potential clients.

2) Finish the works given by manager about sampling, quotation, order processing, production arrangement, shipment, etc.

3) Assistant with e-commerce department.

4) Possible business tour for goods inspection (in factory area) and fair visit/display (Canton Fair), possible meeting/dinner with clients/colleague in factory.

5) New designs/trend sourcing in oversea market.

6) English and few Chinese communication with office colleague.

Applicators’ Requirements:

1. Good English and office software skills(word, excel), photo shooting and editing.

2. Related majors: International Marketing/business, E-commerce, International logistics or Supply Chain Management Undergraduate or graduate students.

3. Some Knowledge on website and ERP system.

4. Good communication skills and stable mood, patient, careful, creative, enthusiastic, well time planner, and good team player.

5. Get used to Chinese food and some Chinese culture.

6. A quick learner who is dedicated to work, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadline.

7. Polite, respect the rules/laws in China.
