What You’ll Do

As an Innovation Consulting Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consulting team by assisting with various business strategies and innovation tasks. You’ll help analyze market trends, contribute to the creation of client solutions, and collaborate on transforming business processes with innovative strategies.

Assist the team in researching industry trends and identifying innovation opportunities.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans and business solutions for clients.
Help optimize business processes through research, data analysis, and process mapping.
Support with digital transformation projects, ensuring businesses stay competitive in the digital age.
Collaborate with consultants to craft innovative strategies that align with business goals.
Contribute to client presentations and proposals, helping to shape actionable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for motivated European university students eligible to participate in the Erasmus+ program who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have:

Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research and analyze data to derive insights for business solutions.
Interest in Innovation & Strategy: A passion for helping businesses innovate and develop new strategies.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Enthusiastic about tackling business challenges and proposing creative solutions.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with teams, present ideas, and contribute to client proposals.
Fast Execution & Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently and adapt to evolving tasks and technologies.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and bring new ideas to the table.

Eligibility: You must be a university student enrolled in a European institution and eligible to participate in the Erasmus+ program for internships.

Location: Fully remote
Compensation: Unpaid internship with the potential for full-time hire depending on performance
