We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fundraising Manager trainee to join our team for a 6-9 month period. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in fundraising operations while providing financial compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
• Support donor relationship management and stewardship activities
• Help coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
• Contribute to grant research, writing, and reporting
• Maintain accurate donor records and assist with data analysis
• Create fundraising communications for various channels

Required Qualifications

• Some prior experience in fundraising, development, or related field (at least 1 year)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Italian)
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with donor management software
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and ethical standards
• Event planning experience
• Understanding of nonprofit operations
