Our operations include several hospitality venues in Bale, Istria, as well as a restaurant and a parking garage in Pula. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the period from July 1st to August 25th in the following positions:

1. Kitchen Assistant

• Assist in food preparation, including appetizers, salads, and desserts
• Opportunity to learn and develop culinary skills

2. Bar Assistant

• Support with dishwashing
• Assist in crafting cocktails and other beverages

3. Waiter/Waitress

• Aid in setting and clearing tables
• Serve drinks to tables
• Learn fish filleting techniques
• Gain knowledge about wines and decanting processes

4. Host/Hostess

• Seat guests at tables
• Handle reservations
• Explain the menu and daily specials to guests

5. Ice Cream Vendor

• Sell scooped ice cream and slushies

What We Offer:

• Accommodation within Mon Perin Camp in mobile homes (up to 4 people per unit)
• Competitive salary ranging from €1,000 to €1,200

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
